A versatile and crowd-pleasing blend consisting of a classic washed process Colombia lot from the Huila region and our award winning Ethiopia Worka Sakaro anaerobic wine process lot (for which we were awarded a stellar 94 / 100 by CoffeeReview.com). We roast both these components to a lovely medium range to maximize sweetness and body. The resulting flavor profile is simultaneously comforting and majestic -- just like the famous mountains that inspired the blend's name.
