This wine has a straw-yellow color with lemon-lime reflections. It features a bouquet of litchi and apple, followed by floral notes of mint and orange blossom, with spicy caramelly ginger notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with lingering notes of sweet woodruff, chamomile, and elderberry, finishing with a pleasant mineral aftertaste of bergamot, mango, and pear. It is suitable as an aperitif and pairs well with prosciutto, salami, fish dishes, and creamy cheeses.
