AMP E-Bikes 72V 35Ah High-Performance Battery is built for riders who want high capacity, strong current delivery, secure and a compact overall package without the bulk of a larger battery. Using Samsung 50S cells, this pack delivers excellent energy density and strong performance for demanding high-power e-bike setups. A standout feature is the precision-finished 7075-T6 aluminium enclosure, which fully surrounds and protects the battery. It offers a slim, rigid, and lightweight shell with great strength, while also helping with heat dissipation under load. The enclosure is neatly finished and secured with bolts, keeping the pack protected while still allowing access when needed. The battery is equipped with an advanced JBD BMS featuring over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection, along with active precision cell balancing and real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and thermal behaviour. Built with precision spot-welded Samsung 50S cells, 0.4 mm nickel-plated copper cell bridges, 360-degree heat-resistant foam, and a double-wrapped exterior, the pack is engineered for durability, stability, and long-term reliability. These construction methods are rugged enough to pass the UN38.3 vibration test. Despite its performance, the battery remains impressively compact for a 72V 35Ah unit, with efficiency rated at up to 93%. Available BMS options include 60A continuous / 120A peak, 80A continuous / 250A peak, 100A continuous / 280A peak, and 150A continuous for higher-demand applications. Power is delivered through a QS8 anti-spark connector, chosen for its strength, durability, and ability to handle extreme loads while reducing arcing during connection. Charging is handled by an included 8A fast charger, balancing charging speed with cell longevity. For mounting, we recommend using hose clamps to keep the battery secure and stable on the frame, reducing rattle and unwanted play, especially on demanding terrain. A 12-month warranty is included for added peace of mind.
