Rosevears Whisky Night with Justin Turner

Join us in the Casa de Vinos Lounge as we welcome Justin Turner, Founder and CEO of Turner Stillhouse and Rosevears Whiskies. Justin brings a unique perspective to Tasmania’s thriving distilling scene, drawing on his American heritage to pioneer a three-grain, bourbon-style whisky made with 100% Tasmanian grain, along with a range of single malts. This is a rare opportunity to experience these standout whiskies on the mainland, presented in a guided masterclass exploring what sets them apart. The evening will begin with welcome Rosevears Old Fashioneds, followed by a tasting of each release, accompanied by shared cheese and charcuterie boards for the table.
