A3 Problem Solving

Using the A3 To Solve Problems, Gain Agreement, Mentor & Lead During this interactive, virtual 4-hour session students will be introduced to A3 Problem Solving. We will discuss what an A3 is and how it can be used as a systematic problem-solving tool and a tool to help employees to become better problem-solvers. Includes a discussion of the 5 Whys and the 7 QC tools and how they can be applied to develop targeted A3 action plans.
