Myconafine 1% – Terbinafine Hydrochloride Antifungal Cream Myconafine 1% is a topical antifungal cream containing Terbinafine Hydrochloride 10mg/g (1%) — a broad-spectrum allylamine antifungal with proven fungicidal activity against dermatophytes, moulds, and yeasts. Myconafine works by selectively interfering with the early phase of fungal sterol biosynthesis, resulting in ergosterol deficiency and an intracellular accumulation of squalene, resulting in cell death of fungi.
