Speed Pads - 4 week workshop

Wednesday 7.30pm-8.20pm April 29th & May 6th, 13th, 20th Improve your pad and gloves work with reactive drills to improve punching hand speed and defensive reactions. Over the 4 weeks we will build technique giving you confidence in calling and executing fast and accurate fun combinations. 12 places only!
