Nook Vase - Smoke

The first product the studio produced, the Nook Vase is our version of a bud vase– designed to enhance the beauty of only a few stems. The vase is shaped to frame the flowers, drawing your eye while also creating visual tension between what is blurred by the material and what is revealed. Knowing how expensive and unsustainable florals can be, we wanted to create something that gave a single bloom the presence of a whole bouquet, while being easy to style. The vase’s in-set narrow compartment hold stems in place within its walls, a veil inspired by foggy mornings and frosted windows.
