Flui - Branco

A collaborative low-intervention white wine created by winemakers Rodrigo Filipe of Humus and Emanuel Frutuoso of Quinta da Serradinha. Produced in Portugal from the 2020 harvest, this wine brings together the distinct microclimates and organic viticulture expertise of two prominent natural wine producers from the Lisboa region. The wine is crafted using native Portuguese grape varieties and adheres to a strict philosophy of minimal interference in both the vineyard and the cellar. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is bottled without filtration or heavy additions, showcasing the raw energy and saline Atlantic influence characteristic of the region. The result is a vibrant, textured, and deeply expressive white wine that appeals to enthusiasts of authentic, living wines.
