Creative Recovery Workshop

Days and dates: Saturdays, 20 June - 1 August 2026 Time: 4 -7 PM Type: Workshop (Six Weeks) Language: English and Arabic A workshop designed to support creatives, artists, and designers in reconnecting with their creative flow, introducing structure into their practice, and clarifying their artistic direction. Delivered over six weekly sessions, the workshop combines guided journaling, experimental art-making, and reflective discussions within a supportive and collaborative environment. Participants will explore the intentions behind their work, address creative and mental blocks, re-engage with fearless experimentation, map their interests, and develop the habits and discipline required to sustain a healthy and resilient creative practice. Rooted in shared learning and collective exchange, the workshop offers a space for participants to reflect, connect, and grow alongside one another, fostering a sense of community, confidence, and renewed creative momentum.
