Matured in Petra barrels from 2024, it shows impressive fruit density, layered complexity, and a balance of firm yet rounded structure. While approachable now, it will reward cellaring through to 2060. A standout and happily called the little brother to our bit special chardonnay. 2025 Tasmanian Chardonnay (New Release) A wine we are proud to introduce and intend to continue producing. Sourced from vineyards across Tasmania—north, south, east, and west—this wine offers a complete expression of Tasmanian Chardonnay. Structured, with length and subtle influence from François Frères oak, it is designed for both immediate enjoyment and by-the-glass service. 2025 Saltwater Pinot Noir Single Site Not to dissimilar to the 2024 vintage, again this is our favourite site, fantastic yields, saw complete ripening on the vine, beautiful developed of flavours. This wine presents a bouquet of florals, held together with a fine tannin and acid line circling each other. Complex layering however not in a overwhelming way, feels like Marsannay prem cru dressed up like Vosne Romanee. 2025 Black Label Pinot Noir Our flagship wine, sourced primarily from the Saltwater Vineyard, with select parcels from the Coal River Valley. The 2025 Black Label continues to evolve, showing increased depth, precision, and complexity with each vintage. 2025 Coal River Single Site Small Islands unapologetic coal river Pinot, our take on how coal river looks and can be handled. Fracois Freres combination new and old oak, a few secret vineyards go into this, standout is Pembroke for the 2026 vintage. Mix of MV6 and Able 50-50, a very sexy vintage, more depth and complexity, already feeling like it has 2 years of age to it, meaning very well integrated. Feels like Nuits Saint George on a good vintage from the hillside. 2025 Saltwater Gamay Violets, raspberries, strawberries, cedar, mulberries, hint of eucalyptus and fresh herbs on the nose. Sour cherries, red fruits and a lightning bolt of acid on the pallet. Perfect to accompany some good quality prosciutto.
