Victorian Sapphire & Diamond Navette Ring

Dated 1907; Birmingham, England. This lovely 18KT gold navette-style ring is accented with five bead-set, round mixed-cut natural sapphires and 20 bead-set, old European/single-cut natural diamonds. The sapphires weigh .65 carats in total; the diamonds weigh .81 carats in total, with SI2-I1 clarity and I-J color. The inside shank is stamped with the maker’s mark “SWG & Co.” along with Birmingham, England, gold hallmarks. Appraised Value: $5,600
