Roll it out when you have tube to bend, lock the four casters, and roll it back against the wall when you are done — the bender stays set up instead of getting bolted to a bench you need for something else.It is built from welded heavy-duty steel tube with a powder-coated finish, and the bender mounting plate sits 35.75" off the floor — a comfortable height for repeated bends without stooping. Six die hangers hold up to six forming dies with their mounting bolts, so the tooling you reach for most stays at the machine.The stand works whether you run the bender with the manual handle or a hydraulic actuator, and it is designed to carry the Eastwood air-hydraulic (72076) or electro-hydraulic (72077) conversion kit cleanly on the same frame. It may also work with similar manual tube benders from Woodward-Fab, Pro-Tools, JD2 and others. If you are setting up a hydraulic bend station, this is the base it sits on.
