The Partners Riesling 2024

COLOUR Pale green NOSE Nurtured from the vineyard to the bottle, this wine offers lifted aromatics of citrus and florals, with a hint of musk. PALATE Intense yet delicate palate showcasing lime and talc. Fine, linear acidity drives the wine to a long, elegant finish. FOOD PAIRING Barbeque whole snapper with lime and chilli WINEMAKING Harvested in the cool hours of early morning and sent straight to the press for gentle juice extraction. The 100% free-run juice is cold-settled and racked for clarification. The super-clean juice is then inoculated with an aromatic yeast strain. A slow, long fermentation at very cool temperatures helps retain the primary fruit characters and flavours. After a short time on light yeast lees, the wine is racked, filtered, and minimally fined before being bottled.
