Costa Rica Las Nubes, Catuai Amarillo

This coffee is the first natural coffee in our range. It’s a single-variety Yellow Catuai from Roberto Mata’s two award-winning farms with long-standing histories — Las Nubes and La Pachuca — both located at the same altitude above sea level. 

The cherries from both farms are handpicked and processed on the same day at their own beneficio. They are sorted, then placed in parabolic dryers, where they’re constantly turned for even drying. The combination of discipline and\ experience results in a truly exceptional coffee.

We love naturally processed coffees, but this one really caught our attention — and we’re delighted to share it with you. We love the guava-like sensation in this cup, which is quite rare, and how all these features come together in such a pleasantly sweet and balanced experience.
