STANDARD INSTALLATION • Includes new 21 SWG copper pipes c/w 1/2” K-Flex Titan insulation, new wiring and drainage piping up to 20m. • Includes new GI water tray. • Includes fabrication and installation of new supply and/or return plenum box where applicable. • Existing flexible ducting and grilles will be reused unless otherwise stated. • Includes standard ceiling patching, making good and white paint touch-up to affected areas only. WARRANTY • OEM 1 year spare parts warranty. • OEM 5 years compressor warranty. • Standard & Premium Installation include 1 year workmanship warranty by Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd. • Warranty excludes misuse, poor maintenance, electrical issues, water ingress, pest damage, third-party works, natural wear & tear and existing concealed defects.
