Our slab cakes offer a contemporary alternative to traditional tiered cakes, combining elegant presentation with effortless serving. They are ideal for larger gatherings and can be customised to suit your event style and guest numbers. The tasting includes one of each of the below flavours. – Chocolate cake, nutella buttercream, hazelnut praline and salted caramel. – Lemon soaked vanilla cake, ricotta buttercream, limoncello soaked savoiardi biscuits and lemon curd. – Carrot cake with creamy cheese frosting. – Espresso soaked chocolate cake, espresso buttercream, chocolate crumb and salted caramel drizzle. – Vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream, lemon curd and raspberries. – Sticky date cake, burnt butter and caramel buttercream, pretzel crunch. We offer our tasting boxes monthly for pick up. Our next available date will be the 27th June 2026.Pick up is avable from 115 Derwent Street Glebe between 9-10am only.
