Upgrade your xTool F1/F2 (and S1) laser cutter and engraver with this 351 Shape Guitar Pick Fixture as seen in the video above and increase your production efficiency, accuracy and repeatability. With this fixture you can process up to 9 picks at once! The 351 shape is a very common profile for guitar picks and can be found from many manufacturers. Furthermore, you can find stainless steel versions of these guitar picks (link below) which make fantastic gifts when marked with IR or MOPA lasers. Perfect to customize and offers good margins for your business! Please keep in mind that when marking the stainless versions of these guitar picks you will likely need an IR laser or fiber laser as found in the xTool F1, F1/F2 ULTRA models, or the optional module for the xTool S1, M2. Plastic versions can usually be marked with IR lasers depending on the color or very effectively with the F2 ULTRA UV laser. Locating the materials in physical space is only half the challenge. Magnetic Fixture Holder Although the S1 does not have a pocket for them to sit, they make material alignment very easy with the S1's "two point positioning" system - especially with round or oddly shaped objects. Place the fixture, magnetic fixture holder, and your material in the work space. Use the focus probe to touch down on your work piece. Capture the top left and bottom right corners of these fixtures using the two point positioning. Import the digital templates into XTool Creative Space. Align the templates with the bounding box created with the two point positioning measurement. Overlay your design onto the corresponding area of the fixture and set your material parameters. Process.
