Twilight Tour: Pride Month Special - 25 June 2026

Join our expert museum guides for an exclusive after-hours tour celebrating those objects in Sir John Soane’s extensive and eclectic collections which have an LGBTQ+ connection. From reliefs of dancing Corybantes, to objects purchased by Soane from the notorious William Beckford (the one-time wealthiest man in England, described by his biographer as ‘the most scandalous connoisseur of hedonism in the modern world’), our guides have uncovered fascinating hidden histories relating to Queer lives and identities. The tour will last around 60 minutes and will be led by the excellent guides who devised and wrote it. There are 15 places per tour. The tour will last from 6pm - 7pm.
