Maturation across first- fill, refill and re-charred American Oak casks builds depth, while a full Oloroso Sherry cask finish adds gentle spice, dried fruits and lasting richness. NOSE This whisky opens with notes of honey, vanilla and raisins TASTE On the palate, toffee sweetness develops alongside peach, orange and brown sugar.
