Marnes Blanches Panda Pinot Noir

The Coup de Jus project is a négociant side-project by Géraud and Pauline Fromont of the acclaimed Domaine des Marnes Blanches in the Jura. Born out of several years of devastatingly small harvests in their native Jura, the Fromonts began purchasing organic grapes from trusted winemaker friends across other French regions (like Alsace and the Rhône). Coup de Jus means "jolt" or "electric current." The wines are made with the same natural, low-intervention philosophy as their estate wines, using native yeasts, zero or minimal sulfites, and no fining or filtration.
