Handling & Storage Keep frozen (-18°C) until ready to use. To feed, thaw packs in the chiller overnight. As these meals are fully cooked, no further cooking is required. For a quick-thaw, you may immerse the frozen meal packs at room temperature water for 15-20 minutes. If your cat prefers warm food, the water bath can be lukewarm water but not boiling. Leave the meal pack in the warm water for 5-10 mins before serving. Opened packs can can be kept in an airtight container in the chiller for up to 48 hours.
