World Cup Socks – McTominay

I always wanted a pair of trainer socks that actually did the job. I wanted them to be lower than a normal pair of socks so that you didn’t get that weird ‘elephant trunk / 1800s school boy’ look when wearing them with trainers and equally I don’t really like those invisible socks that many people tend to wear now. So I designed my own trainer sock with a little bit of cuff and a whole load of comfort. These socks come in six lovely colours to match all trainers and shorts, with some of the colourways inspired by the upcoming summer football tournament. I am completely and unnecessarily giddy about the fact that Scotland are at a World Cup. Mix in the fact that Scott McTominay (A Lancastrian-born bloke with Scottish ancestry, who loves Napoli like me) is playing for them only makes me even more excited. I hope they don’t come home too soon and that these socks will be worn in the latter stages of the cup. Navy blue with white and yellow details. These are made for us in Leicester by Iain and his amazing team. We have been working with them for over ten years now, which is a bit crazy, there is even a short film below about them making these socks for us.
