Designed for past participants of Roadmap to Revenue and hotel professionals in revenue or commercial roles, this programme deepens confidence in the tactics of revenue management. Through one focused interactive group session and tailored follow‐up mentoring, participants apply advanced concepts directly to their own business. The result is sharper analysis, stronger commercial decisions, and sustained revenue growth at property level. The programme is suitable for: Revenue and Reservations Managers who have completed IHF Skillnet Roadmap to Revenue Programme. Programme Overview – a tailored approach to learning: The programme begins with a 2.5-hour online immersion workshop, designed to engage participants and establish a strong foundation in current revenue management thinking. This is followed by a one-hour, one-to-one remote mentoring session for each participant, providing dedicated time to explore individual challenges and translate learning into tailored, practical actions. The methodology for Continuing Your Revenue Journey combines collaborative learning with personalised development. The opening module is delivered through an interactive online workshop that introduces current thinking, emerging trends and practical applications in hotel revenue management. This is then complemented by a dedicated one-to-one mentoring session for each participant, creating space to examine concepts in greater depth and apply them directly to their own property, market and commercial context. This blended approach ensures that learning is both relevant and up to date, while also tailored to the individual. Participants are supported to convert insight into meaningful, actionable outcomes that drive improved performance and revenue results for their business. While learning is guided by experienced facilitators, it is equally enriched by peer-to-peer collaboration within the online environment. With this in mind, Deirdre and Amanda actively foster rich, structured discussions that encourage participants to share insights, challenge perspectives, and learn from one another—ensuring that peer learning remains a central and valuable component of the experience. The programme is structured around the following learning pillars: Beyond the Roadmap – Embedding Revenue Across Your Hotel Next Steps: Bringing Revenue Thinking to Every Team The Revenue Journey: From Strategy to Culture From Roadmap to Reality – Making Revenue Everyone’s Role One to One Mentoring – 1 hour Duration Following the opening workshop, facilitators will liaise directly with participants to arrange their individual one-to-one remote mentoring sessions. To ensure this time is used effectively, participants will be invited to submit their specific learning goals and objectives in advance. A structured report template will be provided to guide the clear and consistent articulation of these goals, supporting a focused and impact driven mentoring conversation.
