Sample Delivery FAQ: How big are the samples?The samples will be 200-400mm long. Please inform us how much pcs you need us to send by changing the number before “ADD TO CART“. When do we deliver samples?If the samples are in-stock, We will deliver samples within 1 working day as soon as we got the payment on account or by Paypal, If you see “Available on back-order“, It means we are running out of samples at the moment, Normally we will finish new samples within 10 working days upon your order.How are samples packed?Samples are well packed with LORD PARQUET sample boxes with Labels of floor information on the back. Can I use customized packaging?If you need white box without any brand information please indicate in “Order Notes” when you checkout.What will be included?One catalogue and business card will be included in sample box together with the samples you choose.How do we deliver the samples?We will try our best to choose the quickest line to deliver the samples by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT according to the convinience of destination. Please indicate if you need to choose Specified express company.Can I ask for a customized sample?Please email us if you need customized samples with certain species/specification and grading. Our sales people will check the stock availability or working on the sample production with your requirement.
