Chicago Pan Pizza- June 2026

Chicago style pizza that is not quite deep dish, not quite stuffed. It bakes up in a buttered pan with a Caramelized golden-brown cheese crown around the edge. With a bold flavored sauce and piled on with toppings of your choice. The dough is Light, fluffy, buttery and full of flavor. Definitely going to become your go to make at home pizza. We will mix dough and hand press out the crust and help you understand what makes it so special. You also get to do your own cheese pull, like they do at the restaurant. Plus You get to take your pan home with you also Menu: Chicago Pan Pizza Traditional Sauce Various Toppings What To Expect: Hands On Class All classes are 18 years old and over unless otherwise specified. Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor. Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class Work others to prepare each dish from start to finish Classes are roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor. Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB) Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class FOOD ALLERGIES If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, that we can work around we will PLEASE add any info we may need to know about in your order notes or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance. We can not make any substitutions the day of class. Thank you for understanding. Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class. During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
