Based on the popular HT16K33 display driver IC, you can control them using the I2C bus with all sorts of platforms - Arduino, AVR, Raspberry Pi, Pico, etc. LEDs are blue, and the PCB has mounting holes which are compatible with LEGO® bricks. Using the options menu you can choose to also have a nice plastic enclosure which is also compatible with the bricks.
