Use once a week and just like you would with a normal shampoo, massage it in making sure you’ve covered all your hair. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes then rinse, and shampoo once after with normal shampoo to make sure all of it is out. If it’s not covered as much as you’d liked, next time leave it for 10 minutes
