Since Maine produces 99% of the country's blueberries, we simply had to have a Blueberry Maine Mousse. We found that the combination of blueberries with lemon created the most scrumptious flavor. The fluffy mousse-like texture will to create the iconic taste of Maine every time you take a spoonful! Only a spelling whiz knows our Maine Mousse doesn't have any resemblance to a real moose from Maine! Our Maine Mousse is a luscious whipped honey that will melt in your mouth and melt your heart. Our creamed Maine Mousse is made by slowly mixing pure honey with a very small amount of crystallized honey over a period of 2 days. After 2 days of stirring in a special mixer, the honey has become creamy and thick so we call it Maine Mousse. It is so creamy that you think that there is cream or butter in it, but it is 100% pure honey, plus the fruits and spices we add to make our flavors. 8oz of creamed honey
