Hand crafted to create a beautiful crisp exterior with a light, airy texture. Luigi Ugo focaccia is paired with a classic garlic drizzle. Simply pour over the warm focaccia and allow it to soak into the soft crumb, infusing into every bite. Suitable for home composting or recycling Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within use by date. Use within 3 months. Do not re-freeze. For use by date see front of pack. Cooking Info Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Pre-heat your oven to 220°C (200°C Fan / Gas mark 7). 2. Remove the focaccia from the packaging and place directly on the shelf. Cook for 10 minutes. 3. Remove from the oven and enjoy whilst warm, alongside olives and cured meats.
