This guided facility tour will explore the innovative systems and processes that help turn food and organic waste into power, supporting a more circular and sustainable future. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about anaerobic digestion, renewable energy production, nutrient recycling, and the role these technologies play in reducing waste and supporting agriculture in Ontario. ⚠️ Safety Requirements: All tour participants are required to bring their own steel-toed shoes or boots to attend the tour. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own safety glasses, hard hat, and safety vest if available. A limited number of extra safety items will be available onsite for those who need them.
