Reypenaer VSOP 2-year Aged Gouda 150g A traditional Gouda straight from Holland, this is aged for a minimum of 24 months, has a close, dry texture, with a crystalline crunch. Well-balanced flavours, with caramel and butterscotch at the forefront. Wijngaard is a small family-run business, that has been operating since 1936, currently run by the 4th generation, Jan. Their milk comes from grass-fed cows, that are pasture fed within the summer months. Summerfield Organic 200g Botton Village is part of the Camphill Village Trust, a social enterprise for people with disabilities. The village is fully self-sustainable and biodynamic, with each of the 130 residents having a job working on the farms; making and ageing cheese, growing their own produce, working in the shop, as well as making breads and preserves. An Alpine-style cheese, with caramel, fermented fruit, nutty flavours. Roquefort Papillon AOP 187g A moist ewes' milk cheese, with a bright white paste, and beautiful, consistent blue green marbling. Strong and mighty, but well-balanced, and salty. Crottin de Chavignol x1 A petite classic, from the Loire Valley. Our Crottin is produced by multi-generational Fromagerie, Pierre Jacquin et Fils, who has specialised in producing impeccable, and iconic French goat's cheeses for over 50 years. Crottin, is a crumbly classic. Fresh and lemony when young, always aromatic, and perpetually herbaceous.
