Add 40–60ml water at approximately 75–80°C. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Add more water for a light floral tea, or 150–200ml milk for an Osmanthus Oolong latte. For an iced version, pour over plenty of ice. Start with 2g to highlight its delicate floral aroma; use 3–4g for milk drinks or a stronger tea flavour.
