Single-origin cacao from Peru, grown in the Urubamba Valley from the rare Chuncho variety, one of the oldest and most aromatic cacao varieties in the world. Cultivated by local communities who help preserve the genetic heritage of this remarkable cacao and support the regeneration of cacao plantations across the region. Chuncho has a delicate flavour profile, with notes of white flowers, cherries and cream. Sweetened with raw cane sugar, chosen to fully support the natural aromatic potential of the cacao beans.
