AG Care specifically recommends The Oil for medium-to-thick hair, although it can be used across straight, wavy, curly and coily textures when additional softness and shine are desired. It can be particularly useful for medium-to-high porosity, dry, coarse or frizz-prone hair, while fine or low-porosity hair should begin with just a drop or two to prevent over-application.
