Instant Coffee - House Blend

We've partnered with Hasty Coffee in Calgary to make an instant version of our House Blend. We sent them our coffee; they brewed it, freeze-dried it and and packed it into convenient sachets for us. Simply mix with hot or cold water and drink. This was made from our House Blend, when it was composed of two Colombias (a Nariño and a Huila). It's smooth and easy drinking with a little bit less acidity than you might find in our House blend if you start with whole beans yourself.
