Visual: Bright ruby with youthful cherry-red highlights Aromas: Fresh and elegant, with red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, followed by subtle violet, dried herbs and a gentle earthy spice. There is a delicate savoury note beneath the fruit, adding depth without heaviness. Flavours: Silky, fresh and medium-bodied. Red cherry and raspberry lead the palate, with a little cranberry brightness and a soft savoury undertone. The tannins are fine and lightly grippy, the acidity is lively, and the finish is clean, mineral and gently spiced.
