Handmade Black Pudding

Our superb, handmade black pudding is made from the blood from our proper pigs. This black pudding is made in the classic stornoway style with pinhead oatmeal and develops a wonderful crispy texture when cooked. We use our in house blend of herbs and spices for a beautiful warming flavour. We are proponents of nose to tail butchery, with a focus on minimising waste from our produce and our black pudding is the ultimate in this mission.
