TEBCO VOYAGER

The Tebco Voyager is a compact step-thru electric bike purpose-built for shorter riders who want the same proven Tebco platform in a smaller, more comfortable package. Built around a 6061 grade alloy step-thru frame with a 400 mm step-over height, the Voyager pairs a Uding alloy suspension fork with a ZOOM NR-AL-196 handlebar, TDS-C269-8 stem, and PROMAX 27.2 x 300 mm seatpost with alloy quick-release seat clamp for a comfortable, upright riding position. The KNUS KS7068 saddle completes a comfort-focused setup suited to everyday riding for riders of shorter stature. Power comes from a 250 W rear hub drive motor with a torque-sensing bottom bracket for smooth, natural pedal assistance across 3 levels of PAS, managed by a 15A Lishui brushless controller. The 36 V 13.2 Ah Samsung lithium battery — integrated cleanly into the frame — delivers up to 80 km of range on 1:1 pedal assist and a 25 km/h max speed, rated for up to 800 recharges from flat. The Velofox DM07 display with left-handlebar compatible controls keeps trip data, speed, and battery level clearly visible, while the Keyu 36 V 2A lithium charger is AU compliant for safe home charging. The Voyager runs a 7-speed drivetrain — Shimano ASLM3157RC-7 shifters, Shimano Altus derailleur, and a PROMAX E44PP/32 170 mm 44T crankset with a KMC Z5GY chain — for reliable, easy shifting on any surface. Braking is handled by Tektro Aries mechanical disc brakes front and rear with FuAiXing-S3/4 locking brake levers featuring a motor cut-off function for safe, consistent stopping. Parweier double wall alloy rims paired with Chaoyang 26 x 2.1" tyres deliver a stable, smooth ride suited to shorter riders on city streets and light trails. Practicality is built in with Spanning LED front and Yonglin LED rear static lights, a HONKA HOOTA audible warning, black aluminium alloy mudguards, a chain stay side-mount adjustable alloy stand, and an alloy 26" pannier-compatible rear rack. VP536C pedals and Yonghua 8X grips complete a well-equipped everyday e-bike at just 24 kg including battery — requiring no licence or registration to ride.
