Bourgogne Côte d’Or Blanc ‘Macération de Chardonnay’
A handful of bottles from one of Pierrick Bouley’s rarest and most unusual cuvées. Fermented on its skins for two weeks before ageing in oak, it has a striking orange-rosé colour, vibrant freshness and a gentle, savoury grip. A fascinating meeting point between white Burgundy, rosé and orange wine, made in quantities so tiny that it is almost never seen.
