Palate is precise in a gentle manner, a gorgeous and refined balance of freshness with minerality; super focused and complex with an aura of silky minerals. A blend of Tai (Friulano), Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio from the volcanic Breganze Hills in the Veneto region of Italy. A family-run winery established by Giovanni Maculan in 1947, the winery found its current vision with his son Fausto returning from oenology school in the 1970s and re-focusing the winery on quality over quantity.
