TIP2955 (PNP) Bipolar -60V and -15A Power Transistor
The TIP2955 is a PNP silicon power transistor in epitaxial-base planar construction, rated for -60V / -15A with a typical DC current gain (hFE) of 20–70 at rated test current (measured ~195 at low test current on our tester). Vbe measured ~0.61V. Suitable for general-purpose linear amplifier and switching applications, including audio power amp output stages.
