Nose: Minerally, white peach nose. Palate: Medium-bodied, beautifully balanced flavours of mango, lemon, and peach with mouth-watering acidity. Food Pairing: Fish skewers with basil chimichurri, BBQ-lime chicken wings, ginger-pork wontons, red pepper and ricotta primavera, and ratatouille.
