Pu-Erh Leaf Tea - Bin Ends Collection

Aged for 6-7 years, our Pu-Erh tea produces a complex smoky, earthy brew traditionally enjoyed in multiple short infusions. Enticing and enchanting, a tea to be learned and savoured. Grown in Yunnan, this Pu-Erh tea is made using one bud and 3-4 leaves of the tea plant. The leaves are carefully handled to prevent damage and withering promotes breakdown of natural enzymes. After being pan fired, the leaves are rolled by hand and allowed to dry before being matured for 6-7 years to fully develop their unique flavour characteristics. Compared to green and white teas, Pu-Erh teas are relatively high in caffeine.
