The Rival Strength J-Series Pull-up bars are a great additional for our J-Series Free standing racks. Chose between the multigrip design or the classic straight grip. A multigrip pull-up bar offers a wider range of hand angles to target different muscle groups more effectively when doing a pull-up. Add our Rival Resistance Bands around the bar for an assisted pull-up variation. These pull-up bars can be used to make a custom power, squat or wall mounted rack.
