Make Your Own Christmas Stocking

Sunday 29th November DETAILS:What better way to celebrate the first Sunday of Advent than by learning to make your own heirloom Christmas Stocking that will be cherished for years to come? This fully lined Scandi inspired Stocking is the perfect size for gifting a few extra treats or adding a festive touch to your home. The workshop includes the option to learn free motion machine stitching but as all materials are provided, you can select a "here's one I made earlier" version of the front panel if preferred. Beginner/intermediate with sewing machine experience MAX CLASS SIZE: 4 TUTOR: Karen has been teaching for nearly 40 years in secondary schools and in Higher Education. She fell in love with sewing as a child and has been designing and creating patchwork quilts and home accessories for over 10 years. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
