A Kentucky straight bourbon aged for up to six years is finished in ex-port casks for up to six months. It creates a whiskey that is not only rich and smooth, but multi-faceted and layered. Batches are between 8 and 12 barrels. Created by Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson and his son Wes, Angel's Envy opened the doors to its own distillery in Louisville in 2016."
