Sea Salt

Sea salt is the traditional Indian salt produced by evaporating seawater and is widely used for seasoning foods, cooking, cosmetics, and food preservation. Our salt was produced on the Arabian seashores of Goa / Karnataka and is rich in trace minerals like potassium, iron, and zinc; these minerals influence the flavour of the foods and their colour. Available in white, crystal form, the salt is hygroscopic and appears slightly brownish after some time.
