#109 Tenmyo Single Origin

This matcha is a single-origin product made from 100% Uji-grown Tenmyo cultivated in Minamiyamashiro, Kyoto. A relatively new cultivar developed in Uji, Tenmyo is highly regarded for its ability to produce exceptional tencha under favorable growing conditions. It offers sweet, creamy umami, a gentle shaded-tea aroma, and distinctive notes reminiscent of roasted chestnuts and sweet potato. The smooth texture and mellow finish make it equally enjoyable straight or with milk, where its sweet umami and gentle aroma create a distinctive single-origin Uji matcha latte.
