Prairie Sky
Derived from the Cree word “Mis-sask-quah-too-mina” the Saskatoon berry was traditionally used for a variety of medicinal purposes by First Nations on the Prairie Provinces. Our Prairie Sky presents with the character of a Pinot Noir, light and fruity but with a strong finish. Blending with a small amount of raspberry and blueberry creates a subtle surprise of earthy flavours including tea and mushroom. SUGGESTED PAIRINGS The traditional pairings of wild game, game birds and lamb works well with Prairie Sky. Or walk on the wild side and try serving this wine with a grilled rare blue veal chop. 750ml Fruit Wine 13% Alcohol
